"Strength or weakness of age, that is not the question, the fact remains that we have fewer scruples about talking to the deaf with fists. Fucking dogs, barely weaned and already screwed for life. Seems that it learns best truffles stuck in its own shit. So come back and soil the roots as you please, it is with that same son of a bitch fixed grin that we will break you down. One step back for two steps forward, one worm will emaciate us all but necessary. It’s that blood ties are tightly knotted, there are crosses which we can not be offloaded from."
never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann
A veritable masterpiece in dissonance and aural disorientation. The angular, contorted pseudo-riffs truly beckon of Deathspell Omega (a comparison that I make with no other band), but this particular warped cacophony is otherwise inimitable. Sugammadex

The UK four-piece summon the ghosts of metal past to create an unsparing album that's unmistakably contemporary. Bandcamp Album of the Day Jun 30, 2022
"Curse These Metal Hands" parlays the UK bands' chemistry into a record which—for all its tinnitus-inducing ferocity and elegiac arrangements—practically drips with transcendent joy. Bandcamp Album of the Day Aug 19, 2019
